Okay...not really, but I'm starting to look like it.

I really, really need to get myself into the gym-and soon. Any motivational abuse would be much appreciated.

It can't be that bad TTinCO.

Just drink a lot of coffee and starve yourself for a week.

ok I know I'll prob get laughed at but this is one of my favorite animal slogans

The world is divided between the haves and halves nots. The have nots makes excuses to skip training - the weather, a flat tire. When they are in the gym, they talk non stop, take too many trips to the water fountain. They worry about their hair. The have nots train so they can get a piece. The haves? Its' all about the iron. They approach lifting like it's a job. Do it right the first time, don't screw around, and never cut corners. Time's a wasting. Your set is up. Which side are you on? This is animal. Fuck everything else! Can you handle it?

so FAT ass can you :suomi:

hah what worst is I work out at golds and we got some of those too. Actually we got 4 bamas that alwasy do that. All the do is come in bs fake like they workout try to hit on any girl who looks ok. then you got those who workout with the worst form ever known to man. I know this one guy who I know well, I tell he gonna hurt himself one day and he does 135 barbell curls and his back looks like its will snap at anytime.

i workout at powerhouse/golds gym (i guess thier the same company)....and this place is like a true meatheads place. Id say 50% the people that workout there are bodybuilders, 25% are casual wanna look good lifters like myself, and the other 25%...psh, i dont know why they bother coming in.

We get alot of girls that come in, but they never get hit on because the guy that runs our gym hires some of the most HOTTTTTEST girls in Toledo. His brother owns a club, so he cons these girls into working for him...and man...sometimes its hard to workout cuz they come in wearing these outfits..whewww...dimers dude!

its funny tho cuz you can tell these other girls that come in will notice how the other guys drool over these girls that work there...and it almost motivates them to workout even harder hahaha.

I actualy designed the club website that he gets all these girls from...

here's one of them

thats actually a bad picture of her...she looks way better then that lol

Rob-One thing I am doing is switching from my CHRONIC 1-2 Mt. Dew a morning habit to straight iced tea (yes, I have a little caffeine habit.....lol).

Did 3 miles on the treadmill in 35 minutes today. It's a start at least.

Think time not distance. Run/walk for at least 45. As you get more fit, you'll increase your speed and cover more distance.

Sad but true. If you suck in near calorie free caffiene and get a lil cardio (walking, treadmill, whatever), you will drop pounds like crazy. It's easier to distract from eating in this cycle, much easier. If you think your heart can take it, go for it.

Really shitty advice, but you will lose pounds fast man. LOL

I probably only need to knock off 15 lbs, but 20 would be nice. To makes sense out of this, you have to realize that I've had an 18 1/2 inch neck since I was a senior in high school (wrestler). I also cut weight BIG TIME....it wasn't uncommon to drop from 155 to 132. I had my hopes on wrestling in college.

I can do this....I just spent too much time on my fat ass after jacking my knee up in Feb this year. Now I NEED to do it or else be an out of shape POS come ski season-which is SOON.

I can easily drink a gallon of ice tea a day....possible more. Time to tweak & hit the gym 4 times a week min.

194 & counting down

I'll have to make my own tea....the stuff on the shelves (Arizona) is loaded with so much sugar, it's enough to make me puke (and entirely defeats the purpose).

i use to be the same exact way with the Arizonas...

go to Target and buy the Arizona NO CARB teas...they sell them by the gallon for a very good price. The best is the no carb Apple Cranberry. I can drink those by the dozens...

Dont get the No Carb Blueberry tho...cuz there isnt any blueberrys in it...its natural flavor - which is bad.

I have a Zona No Carb about 4-5 times a week. I keep a stock at home
