6 inch sub for lunch , 6 inch sub for dinner . tons of water.

i already walk 4 miles a day 4 or 5 times a week .

i like subs . i cant cook . i hate going to the grocery store .

everytime i buy food that has to be prepared , i always end up throwing some of what i bought in the garbage .

so this will save me money and help me a drop a few pounds. i'm only about 20 pounds overweight .

It will work. But you are going to be hungry as hell. 2 6's is only like 800 or 900 calories.

Might want to have a 12 and a 6.

You may want to use this as a guide (just an idea)

http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

and this

http://www.dietbites.com/subway-calories.html

Dont forget to add for cheese (roughly 70 cal per 6 inches) or mayo if you like those things.

Good luck anyways. I was on a diet until I lost my marbles with a papa jhons pizza last night (though I killed myself at the gym today to *try* and make up for it.) I'm in the same boat. I want to lose like 15-20. Those are the toughest to drop.

Damn...there is a lot better, cheaper and healthier ways of doing it than that.

All that bread is no good for you.

Buy a roasted chicken at the Deli...and get a pound of raw veggies at the salad bar with a bag of lettuce.

I get 3 large salads with chicken as the side out of that...plus I still have chicken left over for a large stir fry.

A lot less money...very healthy...and hardly any cooking. :103631605

I supposed your 6 inch sub diet is better than Jake's 6 inch neighbor sausage diet.

Damn, I couldn't resist.

Quiznos is superior to Scrubway. But it's your call.

My kitchen blows, so like you, I don't like to cook. I suggest getting a georgeforeman grill. You can grill some chicken and have some veggies for dinner. It's very easy and fast. That way you only need eat out one time a day.
