Anyone remember the days when Wazzu was winning 10 games a year? Jason Gesser throwing bombs to Michael Bush and Jerome Riley? Or the defense going into Eugene and dominating a top 10 ranked Oregon team (I think they were in '03). Seems just like yesterday.

Listening to local radio talk show and a writer or some one was saying that the head coach's wife had terminal cancer and his assistance have had the recruiting duties the last few years and they sucked at it.

Said they were going after high profile recruits that ultimately went to bigger schools instead of beating the bushes looking for diamonds in the ruff.
