Im about to get fired

from my job at rent a center. They told me today that the store isnt getting enough sales and im not up beat. I told him it has been slow but he said i have to make them come in.

plus we dont get any commision or any thing extra for getting sales. I have been there over 3 yrs. They want us to do so much bullshit its unreal. They want us to bust our ass so they can bonus

I feel bad for some customers that pay a shit load of money. One cust paid over $2000 for a ps3 and another that paid almost 5000 for a 37inch tv. Oh yea our psp was going for a grand. shit is crazy

How in the world do you get a single customer to buy anything? I wouldn't want to work for a place that just steals from its customers. Start looking right away and get into an industry that is less hurt by the recession. Insurance is a good place to start looking. Get another job and then put in your two weeks. Get the hell out of there.

one lady had paid in $1500 on a tv and she asked her payoff and it was still 3times what best buy had the tv for. Rac takes advantage of thier employes as well as thier cust.

We also have to call cust 3 and 4 times a day trying to get payments and we have to visit thier house demanding money or merchandise plus we have to blow the cust references up.

Its crazy that you're bitching about their practices while you're just a guilty as them for working there and ripping the people off....consider it a lesson learned and get the hell out of there. Tell everyone u meet what a bunch of crooks they are for the rest of their existence to make a mends for working there....that probably wont be long...with those prices they will likely go under..
