Illinois/Indiana

I'm a big Illinois, fan, hence the handle Illini. But Indiana should be 3-4 point favorites in this one, and I'd take them at that. Indiana at +3 or 3.5 is the lock of the week in college basketball.

I think this must be the reverse-lock-jinx theory to help the Illini pull out the win. The thing is that I don't think it is needed. I've heard all day how Indy should be 3-4 point favorites in this game but I am not buying it. Indiana is not that good and I really feel they get a dose of reality tonight. The line at Pinnacle opened at Illinois -4.5 for a 7:00 ESPN HD game. If this isn't a plea for Hoosier money, I don't know what is. Gene Hackman wouldn't even make a difference tonight

I hope you're right, but I'm not buying that the Illini should be favored against ANYBODY on the road. I've watched them play enough games to know that. They are just plain not a good team right now.

Hey buddy. I live in Bloomington. I'll start paying attention to your picks. This is the only pick I've posted, cause it seems like the obvious play, knowing what we know about our team. I freaking hate the Hoosiers, but I gotta bet them tonight.

 

I live in Springfield and have seen every Illini game. They are not good enough to be giving 3 pts on the road to Indiana. this might be a trap but as much as I dislike the Hoosiers they are the play tonite. good luck.
