How are the illini favored by 33 over state rival "not really a rivalry" illinois st.

The illini shouldn't be favored by 33 over anyone. I don't know anything about isu, they must be really bad.

I have a very low rating on the zookster. Possibly the lowest. I'm about to analyse isu, but i'm pretty sure i'll be taking the points.

How can you bet this game? Illinois St has no chance. But the Illini have no incentive to win by 34.

Go play roulette.

I agree with Illin.
You'd have to be a half a degenerate to bet this game. However, Illinois should be real unhappy with their play last week and looking to slobber knock somebody, it's tempting.

My point is I'd take any coach over Ron Zook. The line has now gone up to 33.5. I'm going to wait until it hits 35.5.

Ron Zook once again displayed how clueless & classless he is on the sidelines. Illinois wins 45-17 but doesn't cover the -33.5 line. With 45 seconds left in game Illinois intercepts ISU at the Illini 6 yard line and returns the interception 78 yards to the ISU 16. Forty seconds left, game over for 99.9% of the coaches in America. Not Ron Zook, he tried to score to cover the point spread. He ran two plays and didn't even huddle up. Any other coach who has class and brains who have taken a knee and game over. Ron Zook proves again he's in a class by himself. Last year he accepted 2 different 10 yard holding penalties after his defense stopped Iowa on 3rd down. Both times Iowa pick up the 1st down and later scored costing Illinois the game. Last week against Missouri, Illinois had 4th and 1 inch. 99 pecent of the time you call a QB sneak. Not Ron Zook, he runs a QB option and Juice Williams loses a couple of yards after getting tripped by his own offensive lineman. No need to handicap Illinois games. Ron Zook is the handicap this team plays with week in and week out.
