PINNACLE is a MONSTER, so I'd have to say that Mansion has had little, if any effect on Pinny's volume...

Fish, can I answer. It's somewhat counterintuitive and I could be wrong, but I think Pinny is booking MORE volume because of Mansion than they otherwise would have. If Pinny is anywhere near as sharp as everyone says, more volume should equal more profit. Again, just my guess, I could be all wrong.

I'd like to hear Shrink's thoughts as well.
