The Richmond Braves are giving the National League east hell right now. I dont think most people realize just how much of an incredable job Cox and Leo are doing right now. Its seems like Cox can overcome any barrier that comes his way year after year.

Sosa (Tampa Bay castoff)
Ramirez (first full season in the big leagues)

Throw in key injuries to Chipper Jones, Furcal, Estrada during the season and most teams would crumble under this adversity.

I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. With the above starting lineup they are the youngest starting lineup in the majors when Franco is not starting.

Many things have change in the Braves 13 year run of winning divisions, but the one constant is Bobby and Leo. I dont want to hear about the postseason disapointments. Just getting there every year is amazing. I am enjoying this team more than any of the other 13 years they have won. I have to think they will overtake Washington for another crown.

Frank Robinson has not had to go thru near the adversity of Bobby Cox. He has a great young lineup, with the best closer in the game. Bobby Cox had to deal with the biggest offseason bust this season in Dan Kolb who could not save a 10 run lead if his life depended on it.

At the end of the year when the Braves win there 14th division title all the Frank Robinson talk will be history.
