Patrick did a wonderful job and he will be missed...

Effective today, I'd like to welcome back RPM, who many of you already know, as well as Wilheim and Bucsfan!

I appreciate all that they have done as posters and I feel very fortunate to have them now serve all of us as moderators...

Please welcome Bucsfan67 to the team. Bucs has been a great asset to the Rx. He has organized and ran many great contests and proven to be a solid poster as well. All of his hard work and efforts are now being rewarded with his promotion to Moderator.

Wilheim is quite simply one of the better posters we have here showing an awesome ability to share solid information in a professional manner and is one of the most popular posters we have. His dedication is now being rewarded with his promotion to Moderator. Wilheim is also a Vietnam Veteran. Thank you sir.

Please welcome RPM back to the team. RPM did some very good things for The Rx in the past and he is known for his great operating of some of the better contests we have seen here. Not much more to say about the guy. He knows his way around and will fit right in.

Alamosloan, I can only say that any lines, half time or otherwise are designed to get two way action. I know these lines in hindsight, look to good to be true, but at the half of the games in question they may have looked fair. I did not get involved in either halftime, but do remember thinking there was no way I would play the Raiders in the 2nd half, if I did bet. As far as Don Best goes it is my belief that they wait for their books to hang their HT numbers and just copy them to their screen. For example Olympic will usually hang a number first, and SOME others will use it as a guide. Different linmakers have different half time philosophy. Good idea to have several outs for half time betting, imo.

Wilheim, now that you are a Mod, can you get rid of that ridiculous avatar. Nobody is going to take you seriously as it gives the impression that they are talking to a kid.(I think) You need a more authorative avatar so posters know you are not to be messed with.
