All around grade, a 7.
The place is very nice, very elegant, very attractive but I was definitely not happy with the food.
Ive noticed this with other "lesser establishments" here in CR.....they like to trick you into thinking youre actually eating sushi when in reality the fish is scarce....
I asked for a "spiced salad" and had trouble finding the pieces of salmon and tuna amidst the mountain of lettuce.....
I also asked for some sort of one man combo that supposedly had a little of everything.....
Unfortunately, there was just salmon, Marlin and a little Kanikame which looked more like Surime than Kani.....
The pieces of nigiri were almost comical *size does matter* and even though the food was not bad, it was definitely not what I expected....
The price tag in the end is astronomical too.....
FTR I also tasted some chicken teriyaki *very very odd in fact, was not bad but tasted nothing like teriyaki*
Conclusion: Not necessarily a place Ill be going to often........
