and still my buddy does not have his money.......but they have said AGAIN that the money should be in his neteller in five minutes. I have been helping him through this as he has never made a withdraw before and wow this has been bad and i am very embarrased. I recommended thegreek to him and told him that it was about as safe as you get and withdraws are instant........well i now look like a fukin idiot. I personally have never had a withdraw problem with them and I cant believe his first online experience has been like this. I am really pissed off.

Dante I have made several withdraws with thegreek and no problems.....i never once had to contact them for anything.....un freakin real man........my buddies first book and this is what he gets. I'll never go back and neither will he because of this and I wanted people to know of this.

Olympic is not an "A" Rated book imo. They were close and I had them as a High "B" rated till about a week ago. Now I have them as a C book.

Guys. Sh*t happens all the time the first time someone requests the withdrawal. I would not turn away from one of the best books out there.

I understand the frustration. Things seem simple and cut and dry from our end, but there are a lot of customers and sometimes not enough employees.

I have to stick up for The Greek here. The payouts are faster than most books out there. After years there, I finally got hit to send a photo ID but no big deal. Abide by their rules and you will be fine with them. I am sure they had reasons for delaying a payout. Their service e-mails back quickly when you have any concerns.

6 days for a withdrawl and you post about it and 18 mins later the money has been added to his Neteller account. I think maybe, just maybe, you doth protest too much about this. You and your friend can boycott Olympic, but I will stay with them.

1. I dont know you and i also dont know where you are going with your post either.

2. When i made my 1st post about this he had just made his 4th attempt to get his money from Olympic on that day.....each time they gave him a different bullshit answer as to why the money was not in his neteller account. At that time i decided that i was going to post this because i really thought they would come up with yet another excuse to why the money was not sent to neteller. I was going to have my buddy contact Wil and talk to him as well, but never got that far because they finally got him his money.


3.) Like I said before I personally have never never never had a problem with them. Thats the whole reason why i told my buddy to get an account there in the first place.

No doubt man I could not agree more, but every person told him something different......multiple incompetent people.....very fustrating.


1.) had to make the withdraw for 15 bucks less to cover withdraw fees

2.) did not meet rollover.....total BS....but one lady tried to pull that card.

3.) twice they said he did not process the withdraw correctly from neteller....and thats where i came into the picture and helped him out to make sure he wasnt fuking something up.(because i accused him of being a fuking retard.....could not imagine thegreek pay out being this difficault)

4.) also said they emailed him telling him about the 15 dollar charge they had to charge him because he had not made a bet in 30 days.....well he insists that he never got any such email.

5.) everytime we thought he was in the clear last night and they said it would be in the neteller account in 5 min., we would wait 15 and nothing...call back and had to start from scratch......

I've played with Olym for five or six years and received many withdrawals everyway possible (neteller, WU, book to book) and never had even a slight problem. I suppose that's the case with most of us here.

Good info though Mr NBA......I'm sure I'll keep playing with them but these type of threads seem to stick in one's memory for quite awhile. Even assuming their intent is to crack down on scammers, this case certainly doesnt seem to have been handled well.

The problem with second hand disputes like this is that it is impossible to get both sides of the story so everyone can see what really happened.

I am sure Mr. NBA means well and quite possibly his friend has a legitimate complaint but it would be much fairer if this person posted or at least emailed me the details of the dispute so I could get both sides of the story.

What we have here is a one sided trial with BetCRIS being convicted without any voice in the matter.

FWIW. I would not be surprised if this could have been handled much more professionally by both parties.

I made a withdrawal from theGreek this morning while at the airport. It was in my neteller before I even logged off to catch my plane and they did not ask for my ID - never have. Neteller in about 15 minutes for me.
