I'll take +1 -110. Lose by 1 push instead of lose. Win by 1 win instead of lose. At least in hoops I'd take it that way.

The handy-dandy Fishhead reference chart says "1' is 4.27, I guess that would be 8.54 for both 1's, unless that guide is just for favs by 1.
