Sounds like Obama listens to the media too much... If the media would get off the doom & gloom kick & say hey everybodys buying stuff like crazy then the sheep would follow.... I truly believe this recession is a good thing in a way because it brings people back to their senses (except Federal Govt) including myself...Stock market & housing was way overvalued way too long anyway...We got spoiled now were crying the blues instead of buckling down & biting the bullet....Seems like Obama likes the job & works his ass off...Whether he is doing any good or not remains to be seen..Too early to tell really.

I have a friend who has a business that does $13 million a year in sale and is profitable and he had to spend an entire day in the bank to borrow $300k to help w/ a very short term cash flow problem. This is a very well known company and these owners have been in business for 20 years. QWhen shit like that happens where a bank is almost guaranteed to be repaid and they wont lend the money it is a crisis. Wake the fuck up.

Are you kidding me? I am thriving here. I pay cash to send my daughter to the best medical school in CR. My other daughter goes to one of the top private schools in the area and I pay cash for that. I am seeing the real estate market starting to tank here and should be able to buy a nice ouse this year. Unfortunately I wont be able to pay cash for that.

I couldn't have timed it better if I tried. I also was able to pay cash up front for my kids braces. For both kids $2,300. I love CR. I paid $1,800 in the states for my youngest expander and that included a cash discount. What a rip off.
