I'll pay someone who has knowledge in this area to write a 7 day meal plan and some sort of cardio plan that doesnt involve me going to the gym

I'm 6'3 220 and want to drop 25-30 pounds..

Used to work in a gym as well as health food store so have some background.
What sort of cardio are you willing to do.
I'd be glad to help and wouldn't expect cash up front.
Let me know if you are interested.

The cardio part is easy. I do myself. Exercise bike/treadmill/stairclimber. None fancy, but work well. Add in some stretching and maybe some 10-30 lb hand weights.

Good to go on that end.

Buy fruits and veggies, chicken/fish. Eat 6 times a day, each session about a 1/3 of what you eat now in your normal meal. Getting 2/3 servings each of fruits and veggies daily.

Do as I say, not as I do. :smoker2:

Throw in a one-a-day also, maybe a garlic pill.

Just things that I do along with Busch beer.

That doesn't sound very overweight to me ... why do you want to drop so much? 190 is a little light for 6'3" isn't it?

Walking briskly for 30 minutes 3 times a week, plus cutting 300 calories out of your diet daily will have you down 25 lbs in about 4 or 5 months, depending on your age and natural metabolism. Those calories are really easy to cut, too.

How fast do you want to lose all of it?

Well, I could get you a program together that won't make you run or cook much, but you will have to walk. And you couldn't cheat on the diet, either. I could include fast food options if that helps you any. How's your willpower?

In fairness, I have no formal background on this stuff, just experience/reading. But Shrink has my email address if you want to contact me.

Buy a steamer so you can eat plenty of veggies at home. I eat much better at home since buying the steamer. Breakfast and lunch I always have some type of fruit.

Also, now that weather is nicer, I ride a couple miles on a bicycle.

I gave up drinking mountain dew a couple months ago. 15 pounds have shed from what was a 6'1" 225 body.

It may help if you list what you currently eat during a typical day/week.

So am I except a few years your senior. I made a few changes once I hit 30 before I blew up.

Do you drink soda pop? If so, give it up. That was what kept the weight on me.

One of the first things I did before I cut way down on fast food was I would order ice water with whatever I ordered.

Now Id be suprised if I stop at Taco Bell twice a month. Sometimes the bell rings after a long night of boozing.
