Bears will not be scoring the way they did against the Lions last week. Every unit scored for the Bears last week. I'm seeing Rudi running all over the place creating play action to Chad Johnson for huge gains. Orton was a outstanding college quaterback & one day will be a good NFL quarterback, but the Bengals Defense will expose him today.

THIS IS MY OFFICIAL DRUNK STATUS CASH PLAY OF THE DAY:toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:

Congrats!! You just bought into the "sucker bet of the week". In my opinion, this lined was placed at 3 to bring in as much Bengal money as possible!!

I tried to buy into the Bears. But It ain't adding up for me mrpotter.

Bengals can go on the road & win games still. Similiar to the game last year when they went into Baltimore & Carson carved up the Ravens D.

Seems like alot of people like the Bengals today (myself included, which worries me). I guess we'll find out who's right in a few hours.

Myths do not win games... Teams do, and we know who the better team here is.

It has been 15 years since the Bungles have started a season 3-0.

I am by no means a Bears fan, but I'm with mrpotter1 on this one. I think this could be the trap game of the week as everybody and their mother is on Cincy. Bears defense is for real and Bengals really haven't beaten anyone.

This line stinks IMO. GL to all!!!! :toast:

I was just watching Inside the NFL and Collinsworth said that this Bears Defense is hands down the best in the NFL!!!!

Cincy can't stop the run. Jones and Benson will gain mucho yardage and the Bears will win.

Classic example of betting with your heart instead of your head!!! You are from Chicago and "da Bears" are your favorite team. You have been touting the Bears all week and back up your play with Cris Collinsworth (seriously, Cris Collinsworth?) claim the Bears have the best defense in the NFL and that Cincy has not started 3-0 in 15 years. If the Bengals were playing the 49ers this week, would you bet the San Fran ML based on that trend? C'mon man, I'm sure you have probably bet against your beloved Bears in the past (since they have been 4-12, 7-9, and 5-11 L3 years) so some people just have to learn the hard way...sorry, there will be no 38-6 victory today. Different feline, different game, different outcome! I'm going with the public on this game and riding the Bengals. I will not claim this to be a guarentee or lock by any means because we all know there is no such thing. Obviously Vegas won't let the public win the majority of the time, but if the Bengals and the public win and cover today, all Vegas needs is another highly public-backed game (maybe TB? Dallas? Indy? Philly?) not to cover and they break even and thats all they want. Sometimes you need to pick and choose the right spots to ride the public with, and the public will be right on this game IMO. Good luck to Bears backers.

Once again we have a guy with 10 posts that doesn't know what he is talking about. I just posted my upset play on the Bears last night. You should read my thread before calling me a homer. I bet against my team more than anyone you know. Most guys would just not bet the game if they liked the other side but I have no problem putting winning $ over team loyalty.

Right on man, counting how many posts I have has just as much validity as telling people that the Bears are the play today because Cris Collinsworth claims the Bears have the best defense in the NFL and that the Bengals havent started 3-0 in 15 years. Your point?

Yes, coming from you and reading your reasons, thats about as surprising as finding out that the earth is not flat.

Doesn't surprise me seeing as I already stated that you probably do/have bet against your Bears since they have been 4-12, 7-9, and 5-11 L3 years. Also, just curious as to how found out how many people I know bet against their favorite team? Maybe because I only have 10 posts is the answer to that one.

I have no problem with people backing their favorite teams, but please just give everyone better reasons to take Chicago other than what Cris Collinsworth says and your Bengals 3-0 in 15 years stat. I admitted that the public is backing the Bengals, but have already stated why riding a public-backed team is okay in certain spots, and if you want to know why I like Cincy, I just think they are getting Chicago in a good spot. The Bears beat up on a very mediocre at best Lions team and I dont put much stock into that and also seeing how they scored all those points against Detroit. The Bears offense has not impressed me one bit, although Jones had a monster week against Detroit. I'll take Marvin Lewis' run blocking over Steve Mariucci seeing as Lewis must play both Pittsburgh and Baltimore, both run heavy offenses, twice a year. Once again, good luck to you and all Bears backers.

Bigben, I believe I made my point in the Offshore on Friday. Everyone is ready to jump on the Cinci bandwagon after wins against Cleveland and Minny. Not exactly 2 world beaters on defense. I said that Carson Palmer will have to prove himself aginst the Bears defense and I don't think he will. The Bears perform well as a home dog(except against GB). I wish you luck today
