I'll give it up to Biden, dude is never short of surprises. He cracks me up as well. I found a clip sometime back during the primaries where dude was absolutely piss drunk while he was making a campaign speech. His wife Jill, Michelle and Barack were trying to hold their composures while they smiled. Shit was friggin hilarious.
