I agree with you Bob, to certain extent. Not too long ago people would say the U.S.Government would never have the neccesary means to enforce all the new laws, once the bills were passed. But the way I see it, Uncle Sam has chosen the smartest way possible to carry on with their plan to eliminate the offshore business: players can't play, if they have no ways to send their money to fund the account.

quote:
people send touts and books money on the spur of the moment. if no cc or no wu ......offshore books are in deep shit

If Bush is reelected, this shit is just getting worst. The man wants to tell his fellow citizens what is right and what is wrong when using their cash. Fascism at its best.

WildBill or anybody that has political insight: What will the outcome be if a democrat is elected for the chair?

However, what is really interisting about your post Bob, is the fact that square money is being kept away from th books. That, along with the players getting sharper by the day are casuing this industry to reinvent itself.

Movers are going tout.

The Manipulation of the #s for this coming NFL Season will reach new highs.
Sharpies playing by themselves can hardly get down on a decent number, usually getting beaten to it by the groups.

The money has to come from somebody's pocket. Who is gonna pay the winners? Expect the numbers in this industry to get as sharp as it gets, within the next year. Should be fun from there on.

Smart books are already looking into alternate models. Take CRIS for example and their new venture in sports exchanges.

Like I said in a previous thread...Neteller Debit card is pretty much useless.

I tried BOFA and 7 other atm machines and only one worked but with a $200 max.

Neteller central will not comment on this only to put the blame on STAR system.

If you can find a ATM machine that lets you withdrawl funds please let us know what bank/store you used.
