I have no other opinions on this War with Iraq

I have come in here and have thrown an opinion on the table. There have been 3 posters whom i respect very well, within the last 24 hours, tell me i have lost some of their respect over my ideas. I do not like this. This is not what i am seeking. I would never lose respect for anyone for their political or religious beliefs. Having your own beliefs without persecution is what our freedom is about. But, others do not see it this way, so i will moderate, but keep my views to myself.

This forum is a bad idea, two guys who I like have offended me beyond repair here yesterday. I am here to gamble , going to try and ignore this forum, but reading the anti semetic remarks I did yesterday , had to reconsider alot of things about this place.

General, despite the fact that America was founded through protest, dissent & revolution I find it quite Anti-American of the fanatics to claim that we are anti-American for not blindly following the politcal machine set before us.

even if you oppose the war, hate BUSH and his whole family, think the U.S. has no business whatsoever in IRAQ ect...

dont you think its best to support our troops and country....now that the war has started...

and if you cant voice your support than just dont say anything
i think its time to rally behind our people regardless of your opinions on the pres. and his policies..

Very few people can discuss Politics or Religion with someone that has an opposing viewpoint.

The discussions always go downhill.

Kind of like 12 year olds using swear words to get their point across.

Everyone has their own viewpoint, based on what they know. When they enter into a discussion and their viewpoint is challanged and they have no logical response, they resort to name calling or changing the subject.

Again, it's like a 12 year old saying, "I know you are but what am I?"

If you make a statement and someone rebuts it, and you either can not rebut their statement or do not understand their statement the first reaction is to attack the person. Don't do it, instead grab a book and educate yourself a little more.
