This is a revenge game for Troy at home. They are not the same team as when they earlier faced each other. Great line value? The line should have Troy as the favorite. I'll take this home dog on a 7 game winning streak against the Road Losers MTSU. Remember Denver baby!

Come on now... Denver doesn't mean a thing. The game just got so much hype here because of HomeDawg's GOY. I agree with everything HD said about MTSU, it just happened to be a bad matchup in Denver for them. MTSU likes to play to bigs and 3 smalls, where as Troy likes a much smaller line-up. That will keep Troy shooting out on the perimeter and MTSU will control the paint. I hate to compare these this matchup to the Okie/Baylor game last night, but from a size and style approach, I can see some similarities. Troy can definitely win this game with great perimeter shooting, but I would rather put my money on a team with the rebounding and paint play advantages.

Thank you Chase. I contemplated posting in this thread or not, but I'm getting pretty sick of seeing threads like this where people are pumping big plays that actually look like shit!! Can Troy win? Sure. Any team can win on any given day, but it's definitely not the smart bet. Vegas is dying for the average Joe to take a look a the past 5 games for each team and ride the hot team with the good stats. Troy had great matchups in their past 7 games, with the exception of denver (teams on opposite ends of the spectrum), and it took them overtime to win. Didn't watch the game but I'm guessing Denver was gassed at the end.

BOTTOMLINE: You will NEVER get a gift from Vegas. Pay attention, and when the line looks too good to be true, take a deeper look... and then walk away or if you're that big of an action junkie, take it small. This is Vegas, not the United Way boys...

That's right, Troy actually beat Denver recently. How did MTSU look against Denver? They looked like complete shit, and got hammered.
