I know she has been all over the news lately, and i was late to the party, not seeing or hearing of this until early this week, but i am simply fascinated by this woman and her song......she is simply amazing, and no one would ever dream it....the audience was laughing at her, the judges were mocking her, and she blew every one of them away....If u've been under a rock the last week and havent seen it yet, you have to check this out...

I've heard her name and face pop-up all over the place recently as well, but had no clue what the story was behind it until I clicked the link.

My impression within the first 5 seconds of her opening her mouth... This was obviously a gigantic set-up that marketing execs put together knowing full well that the globally dumbed-down public would swallow 'the story' whole.

Her 15 minutes are going to be painful to endure.

thats the guy that won the 1st season.....this is currently the 3rd season, where this lady sang....but she isnt the only talent they have found...they seem to be having better luck than OUR America's Got Talent (with the exception of my favorite Terry Fator)....check out a couple of these other great acts from Britians version...

but no one can top the guy that i championed here on the forums during season #2 of America's Got Talent....best ventriloquist i have EVER SEEN.......and of course, he won the season, and is now the headliner at the Mirage in Vegas.....we are currently working on tyring to score some tickets to his show during the bash, cuz i REALLY want to go see his show.......

yeah, you like to see good things happen to seemingly good people.....she is kinda a sad story having never been married, and taking care of her mother, but still, i hope she gets everything she can out of this..

Yeah, saw that on the front page of Drudge, guess that means she's already jumped the shark..

No doubt her voice is spectacular, but to believe that she just fell out of the sky is foolish. The whole thing is a ruse.

Having seen the winner of the 1st Britain's Got Talent, the runner up of the 1st BGT, and this woman, I would have to say her performance did not have the same impact on me. When I originally saw Paul Potts and the little girl, I got chills. When I saw this 47 year old bushy eyebrow lady, I thought it was a good performance and a "feel good story", but she just didn't do it for me.

As long as she felt on top of the world, I guess that's what matters.
