Winky, these touts are NOT affected by the do not call list and they can legally call whenever they want. Now once you tell them not to call again, then and only then would you possibly have any sort of case.


But even if you are on a do not call list and they have never called you but all of a sudden do, well telling them that you are on the list wouldnt matter since they are not affected by that list at all.

Hit the # key while he's in the middle of his recording and he should stop calling. He was calling me several times a week and someone told me to hit the # key, and he hasn't called since.

I believe Price gets the numbers when someone calls a toll-free scorephone or oddsphone. If you've ever done so, that's likely how he got the number. I personally find him comic. "I swear to god, guys, I got the winner of tonight's game . . ." Hey, only in America.
