Another 2H origami. They always fold. Plus they sit and quit with a 7 point game, in a do or die game. Just flat ass quit. Bulls showed them anything can happen, foul! Shoot treys, just don't quit!

Unreal...OF:hump:

OF,

I totally agree with you.

For a team not to foul down 7 with about 40 secs left is UNHEARD of...

Total lack of competitive spirit starting from Coaching Staff to every player on the court...
I was shocked to see my money go down the drain like that...:sad3:

Wiz have been terrible. The total took a real bad loss as well, with no fouling in last 35 seconds. Still have no idea what Eddie Jordan was thinking. He is a bad coach, that is for sure.

Any idea on the game 4 opener? Im saying 8.5, really tough to back this Wizard club now, this was a game they had to have and they failed miserably.

What really cost a Wizard's possible cover and kept the total from going over was the continuous sequence of three point shots they kept jacking up with under 6 minutes to play while still very much in the game. If they take care of each possession during that period, they most likey would have converted on at least a bucket or two and kept the game tight and within the number plus the end of the game most likely would have differed as well as a result. Very poor player execution and unimpressed with the coaching as well. No complaints here, just an observation.

Well I have a major league complaint. I sucked it up when Sonics were fouling down by 15 with a just over a minute left. Bad beat on team total for sure. But hey, maybe Nate wanted to make a statement for next game, no quit. But to just give up, no fouls, no effort or no plan. Something is terribly wrong when a team just sits there and eats up the entire clock without being fouled. That is a requirement to win. Are you waiting for game #4 or next season. There is no we will comeback next game, when you lose 3 in a row. I have seen quite a few playoff games in my 30 years of watching. But I cannot remember a team content to lose. I count on those fouls and ft's at the end. I had these same loser Wiz earlier in the season, with a dead loser over, and but they kept fouling and shooting, 18 points in barely over a minute. Those back to back Bulls games, and Bulls actually tied it late. Nothing is worse than bad coaching. Skiles would have fouled 6 times in that last 40 seconds. I am still pissed, and will be for sometime. Hey I lose my share, many bad beats, hooks, you name it. But you have certain obligations to try and win, at the end. A script to follow, especially in front of the home crowd, in a game that I feel either extends the series or goes sweep. Inexplicable.

Best Wishes...OF:howdy:

Frog,

The way that one ended was terrible. Eddie Jordan has got to be one of the worst coaches that I have seen in a while. Not fouling down 7 with a little under 40 seconds left is crazy. A very bad beat to say the least. The Wiz have got to be one of the most undisciplined playoff teams that I have ever seen. They are a complete joke. Arenas was terrible tonight. What are you doing in the two games tomorrow?

Quote: Falco, Game 1

Everyone and the guy next to them on the OVER. Go against the Lemmings. Wash will be reduced to a jump shooting team and Miami will blow them way.

It seems that theory could have been taken to the well again last night.

That is not exactly how it went winbet. In fact, the total actually dropped from 207 to 204 1/2. Big drop when Shaq was announced out. But it was dropping before that. The Heat scored like they were supposed to. They shot 50% again. Probably biggest negative game wise was lack of free throw attempts. 27 for 35, both teams combined. That is far below average, and when you are on the over, you need those points with the clock stopped. Also, still, after sleeping on it, have a problem with Jordan failing miserably at the end of the game. You always coach the team, if you miss, foul. Try to foul a weak ft shooter, there were some on the floor. It is only a requirement to stop the clock to win. A coaching given. In a game like that, you need to steal it, or lose the series, possibly avoid the sweep. The very next game proved the difference. Spurs split ft's last five or six trips to the line, and lost by one. There are just certain ways to coach basketball, and that was as fundamentally weak of coaching performance at the end of game I have seen in some time. Adios Wizards.

Best Wishes...OF:howdy:
