LAST WEEKEND. i KNOW BETTER AND STILL DID IT! I WAS DOWN SEVERAL DIMES AND BET A DIME FOUR TEAM PARLAY AND HAD A DIME ON EACH TO GET OUT OF THE HOLE.....

I STILL FEEL LIKE SHIT FOR BEING IN THIS POSITION. WHEN YOU ARE NOT SEEING CLEARLY BOYS MY ADVISE IS STOP!

I HAVE HAD THE WORST MONDAY IN MY LIFE THINKING WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPEND. SEEMS LIKE I STILL DO THIS A COUPLE OF TIMES A YR.

MY LIMIT ON LOSING A WEEKEND IS A GRAND AND I WAS DOWN 7 DIMES.

MY STOMACH IS STILL HURTING AND A SLEEPLESS SATURDAY NIGHT.

I CALLED BOOKIE THIS AM AND PUT MY LIMIT AT TWO DIMES ALL THE CREDIT I CAN GET. SINCE I HAVE PAID HIM 5 DIMES BEFORE, HE LETS ME BET WHAT I WANT....JUST SHARING! GA (IT DOESN'T FEEL MUCH BETTER KNOWING YOU WERE DOWN 7 WITH 5 LARGE RIDING)

guys i appreciate your get out comments! I have been on here since March of 03 and as i see it there aren't many of us left.I usaully have plenty of control and this thread was to show that chasing and losing comes with the terroritory! I use somewhat of a martingale system and on my games last week as a 100-200 better my week got ugly. I should have paid and i actually chased and won but should not have chased. Te morale i still feel terrible even today. I do not see as i won by breaking even but i lost by letting my emotions get the best of me. All as i was saying even for the experienced bettor is chasing happens to all of us as some point!

i don't need to quit like i said i have been here for 6 yrs and like i said there aren't many of us left that have bet everyday that are not broke!!!

Trust me as i have seen them all come and go

Once a chaser always a chaser. I'm sure you said "I'll never do that again" but we all know you and many others will.

Sounds like you do need to quit gambling if your limit is $1,000 and you were down $7,000.

not sure that is accurate but i respect it!

i will tell you this, i have lost a lot more in the stock market than i have gambling! All these people that hate gambling and have lost 1/2 of there retirement, now that is gambling and chasing.....

i key on a team and bet against strreaks like in baseball when a steak or total get to #...i start a bet. But last week i had team after team fall in my system and could not get a win!

expAMPLE SUNDAY WHEN MY PARLAY HIT THE PHIILIES FINALLY BEAT THE MARLINS AND THE DODGERS FINALLY WENT OVER TOTAL......I HAVE SUCCESSFUL FADING STREAKS ONCE THEY HAVE PASSED 4...BUT YU CAN GET KILLED IE THE ORIOLES LOSING 20 GAME

You're they guy who did not pay your bookie because he did not take your bets or did not answer the phone on sunday and all your bets "would have won"

I'll never forget that.
