They just ruled it would be unconstitutional to block Sinclair from showing the anti-Kerry film "Stolen Honor: Wounds that Never Heal."

If they are going to show this film, they should at least give the Kerry people equal time to dispute what is shown or show Fahrenheit 911.

If not, they shouldn't be allowed to boradcast it. It's a misuse of the public airwave to obviously promote their right wing agenda.

Moores film had a huge effect because it was honest and involves recent issues.

The anti Kerry movie is revolving around things from 1971. Yes that is right 1971 that is not a typo. The movie is on his stance on Viet Nam that the whole world shared along with the majority of Americans at the time. It's really a non film. It would never go to theatre release because there would never be an audiance.

The same company who threatened action for showing Nightline now pre-empting programming to show this. And you guys say the media is all lefties. Yeah right. I say they do whatever they want. I agree completely that no film should make any difference in the election because almost everyone watching it is already on board. The people who argue against it are precisely the ones the filmmaker wished they could reach, but never will.

Honest is not one of the adjectives I would use to describe that film.

Waaa waaa waaa

What a bunch of cry babies!

The major networks can tell all of the lies they want about Bush - but if someone comes out with an anti-kerry bash - waaa waaa is all that you can hear from the libs.

Why don't you guys go forge a document!

Oh the irony....

We see the constant, whinning, crying posts from the right wing wackos on here about the liberal media but when their side does it it's ok.

"Why don't you guys go forge a document!"

Like the ones presented to the U.N.???

the 1st amendments a MOFO when it doesn't benefit the Dems. It's a misuse of public airways, imo, when cnn, cbs, nbc msnbc, abc and others obviously promote a left wing agenda.

Sinclair president, woman arrested in company car

The president of Baltimore-based Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc., which owns the local Fox television affiliate, was arrested Tuesday night and charged with committing a perverted sex act in a company-owned Mercedes, city police said.

David Deniston Smith, 45, of the 800 block of Hillstead Drive in Timonium, who also is Sinclair's chief executive, was arrested in an undercover sting at Read and St. Paul streets, a downtown corner frequented by prostitutes, Baltimore police said yesterday.

Smith and Mary DiPaulo, 31, were charged with committing an unnatural and perverted sex act. Smith was held overnight at the Central Booking and Intake Center and released on personal recognizance at 2 p.m. yesterday. DiPaulo's bail status was not available.

Officials at WBFF-TV (Fox 45) and Sinclair, one of the fastest-growing broadcasting companies in the nation with 28 television and 34 radio stations, would not comment yesterday. The company had $126 million in sales in the first half of this year.

Police said undercover Officer Gary Bowman, on a prostitution detail, was talking to DiPaulo about 9: 15 p.m. in a car at St. Paul and Read streets. She left the undercover car after telling Bowman that ``she had just seen her regular date driving in the area,'' according to court documents.

Police said DiPaulo ran across the street to a 1992 Mercedes, registered to Sinclair, and got in on the passenger side. Police followed the car onto the Jones Falls Expressway, where they said they witnessed the two engage in oral sex while Smith drove north.

Police said they followed the car back to Read and St. Paul streets, where they arrested Smith and DiPaulo, who lives in the 700 block of Washington Blvd.

What is an unnatural and perverted sex act? If it is what I am thinking, then gays may take offence to that.

I can't believe Fox is still the only fair and balanced network on the tube.

Stolen Honor is a documentary. Nothing political about it. It's news that the left doesn't what you to hear. Americans are dying of thirst for more of the accurate potrayals of events which occured in the past.

Oil for food is another.

France, Germany, Russia all have American blood on their hands. With this oil for food scam. The leader of the UN has American blood on his hands. Then posters like will who lives in latin America who feels that his youthwas somehow misspent will try tell the soldiers coming home that the war was not worh it. He'll probably spit on them too. Wils followers will spit on the soldiers too only this time the soldiers will be backed up by the majority of the American people while the lefties start digging worm holes oftheir own.
The military supports Bush by over 80 percent. Bush wins by more than seven percent and the candle will be burning bright in America ( and in my house )again for a generation, at least!

That cake I'm a baking is starting to rise,
Lurch and the Breckboy just aren't to wise;
Election night, they'll take it on the chin,
Bush and Cheney in a landslide win;
Don't have to listen to anymore demi-conservative compromise!
