* Payouts of been delayed and options for payouts have decreased
* Options to send funds have decreased and maximum amount to send have decreased
* Level of customer service has deteriorated

I can't complain, it is helping my business but I still owe a lot of my success to management of a very top rated offshore book that took me under their wings for a week and taught me everything I needed to learn in order to start my own local book.
