Even worse you could be a combination Ravens, Rams, Dolphins, Bengals, Patriots, Bears, and Saints fanatic.

good point

LOL Sorry Angelle...my best friend lives in Baton Rouge and he said they always start slow. He also said they'll be a 6-10 team this year. I don't know if he's more upset that the Saints lost or that Delhomme came in for Carolina and led them to a comeback win!

Oh well...this is such a messed up day in the NFL I'm glad the Eagles play Monday night.

LSU has the best football team east of the Colorado River.

Or...you could wake up next to Janet Reno one morning after a long night at the bar.

See...there is always something worse

We always just f u c k up..
DAMMIT!!!

LOL

I was happy about Delhome. I always liked him.
I am glad he is getting playing time. That I a game I liked watching.

I don't mind him...but did he have to win the game and kill me in most of the SU pools I was in? I should know better than to bet on Hugh and his "better chance of getting to the Super Bowl than Philly" Jaguars.

Whoa Railbird, that is heavy praise of my Tigers, they are definitely top 10, but considering that USC is the only top national heavyweight this fall west of the Mississippi, that comment is a tad strong?

The DL will need to bring the rush in SEC play, LBs and DBs will need to make plays, but it will be curious to see what this defense can do when not left on the field all day.

Like when #1 in YPG Allowed thru 6 gms last year, prior to the Mauck injury last fall, then exhausted the final 8 games with all the 3 & outs.

We will know more after the UGA tilt in two weeks..Geaux Tigers & then go the Chymes!

If you are depressed about the Saints losing, imagine what the guy that bet the moneyline on the Dolphins is thinking.

Angelle, I spent 1967-1976 living in New Orleans, as a Cowboy fan from when I was old enough to remember (early 60's in the losing years). I lived in Metairie back then, near David Drive, where the Saints had their training camp. I didn't give a damn back then, I never went over there and watched them practice, hard to explain why except that I was a Cowboy fan. Abramowicz and Manning and Tom Dempsey, I didn't give a shit, I lived and breathed Staubach and Reeves and Lily and Landry and the rest of them.

But living there, I got this feeling that something was wrong in New Orleans - I could never explain it, but I felt they'd never be a great team. This was 1970 when I first thought that. It's 2003, 33 years later, and I'm still waiting for this team to make the Super Bowl. I seriously think they never will - it's sad and weird, like the Cubs being out of the WS since 1945 and the Red Sox on permanent hiatus, but for crying out loud, one had to ask, WHAT THE F-U-C-K IS WRONG with this team's management???

On the bright side, I've got a 65" widescreen high-def TV and the picture was great, though not high-def, and they looked fine in their white road uniforms. But, they lost, a refrain too often moaned in NO, and if they were smart they'd look to change owners, change coaches, change their ****ing UNDERWEAR, anything to purge their history.

Also on the bright side, one game a season does not make. I'd look for NO to cover the next game - they are vicious punks in that regard.
