I put my square hat on and said now who would I take.....After a quick look to the Coaches Poll and an undefeated record, I said TCU -2 is a lock at home against a team the beat badly last year.

So to fade the square, UL +120:

Louisville is road machine revenging those who have done them wrong in the past. Down goes the Cats, then the CUSE and now those damned Horned Frogs will get the wrath of UL run machine. Huh? UL run?

UL has revamped the run game from last year and added much more discipline to them team with Petrino at the head. This team last year burned many bettors with multiple penalties to set back sustained drives. UL has the talent and can run with anyone. Without the close loss to USF, they would be in the same boat with TCU, but with more convincing wins over opponents.

TCU is without the star QB and should make some mistakes under pressure. The defense has been exposed the last 2 games vs. mediocre opponents. This game shouldn't serve as a tune-up. TCU gets 2 points because of the hype, not their stats. I ain't buying it but the public is.

Taking UL +120, Throw the vig in the trash.

BigPete - You think like I do but why I am questioning my instinct w/ Louisville here is - how much was this line adjusted based on the QB injury? Without the change maybe we are looking at a line of 5 or 6 here which seems about right since TCU has played tight games all year. TCU has a great run defense and that is Lousville's strength. Not sure what i am going to do yet if anything on this side.

Well, I thought that too, but I got UL winning with the QBs numbers. So I think those are hype points.

Im a little hesitant to give TCUs run defense much credit, those are great numbers, but they havent played a really good run team except Navy. With UL averaging a 5.5 per run, Im willing to give up a yard in a half to 4 per run. TCU is not running the ball very well either, only averaging 4 yards versus defenses allowing 4.2 yards.

Agreede Big Pete. Undefeated team, playing at home, giving under a field goal. Something's fishy about that. Me thisnks the Cards are the play as well.

Nice call on the second half. Loved the play myself. They should have won the game.
