I was getting ready for OT. Next thing you know it's all over. If intentional grounding is called on 3rd down, we would be watching this game in OT. Who knows what would have happened in OT.

As they say if your Grandmother had balls she'd be your Grandfather.

I hate to lose. Who doesn't.

why wasnt intentional grounding called? when there was clearly no receiver on near it, but on the other hand they called it on jets when there was a receiver. smh. :ohno:

Watch the replay and you'll see Fasano and a lineman collided as Fasano would have been running wide open on the wide side of the field. He was there and he was open.

And Sanchez threw the ball out of bounds? How can you argue a receiver was there when the ball wasn't even in bounds? :think2:

henne threw it out of bounds as well, plus they did show a replay, clearly no one was there. and on the jets, there was someone actually there.

i couldnt be intentional grounding because he was outside the tackles and he reached the line of scrimage with his throw

I agree. Henne threw that ball 20 yards passed the closest receiver, how is that "in the area" and the one that was called against the Jets was no were near that bad.

Wow what were you watching?!! I don't think anyone actually thinks that Henne was outside of the tackle box on that play unless they were on shrooms

My opinion is: The fact that Fasano was making an attempt to get to the left side of the end zone and get open has nothing to do with Henne's throw. He clearly threw the ball to the left just to avoid a sack, and it wasn't thrown even remotely anywhere near Fasano. I can't remember the replay exactly, but I bet Henne didn't even see Fasano fighting with a lineman to get out there. Henne just threw it to avoid the sack. There was a zero percent chance of Fasano catching that.

I had the Jets +4' and won but this is the first time i saw them play. I heard so many wonderful things about their defense, but they stink, plain and simple THEY STINK.
