We can get a really good deal in early June at the MGM.

$453.32 for seven nights June 15-22 including taxes: $64.76 a night.

$602.77 for 7 nights April 6-13 including taxes $86.11 a night.

Is it too hot to even sit by the poo in June?

Should I pay the $149.45 to avoid the extreme heat?

Is there a better crowd there during April or June?

I have only been there in September, October.

April is one of the nicest months in Las Vegas and it can still hit triple digits. But usually it's in the 80's and good pool weather.

In June you are about guaranteed some hot weather, but it doesn't get unbearable until the following two months.

I don't think you can go wrong with either month, except that in June you may see it more crowded because people are going on vacation, and most colleges have let out.

Where does vegas get their water from?! It never freaking rains!

And they have to supply all those big hotels etc.

Vegas has a tremendous under ground water supply. It was a dessert oasis long before Lake Mead.

Prehistoric tribes lived there.

I was there for a week in June, and it didn't bother me much. Although it was in the 90s and above 100 a couple of times, there was no humidity, so it didn't feel too uncomfortable.

A humid 85-90 degree day in Toronto / New Yok City is a lot more uncomfortable than a 100 degree day in Vegas.
