I have started to bet more and more ever since I started working. I notice that whenever I lose money on bets, I try to win it back through more bets. Thats one of the biggest signs you have a gambling addiction.

Might have to cut down on sports betting before I get addicted.

I bet football which rolls into March Madness then NBA playoffs. I never bet any other sports. I have shown signs of addiction during these seasons by betting random games especially at night with a few beers in me but I have that break from June-August. Jesus it just hit me, that’s not a long time. Fuck I bet 9 months straight?!?! Uh oh

I'm assuming that you already know you shouldn't chase your losses. Learning how to handle some losses without going crazy has kept me in the game. It might take months to get back a few losing bets but thats why they call it discipline.
