May I ask what you would suggest SHRINK does 1st? Where should he start and what can he do that has not been done? Obviously BetPanAm is defying any legislation/regulation of the Govt of Panama. Do you think SHRINK can step in a phone booth and emerge as a supernatural with the ability to crawl the walls of the foreign ministers office and demand payment? I understand all of the frustration. I am as saddened as any over these events, but I do not know what SHRINK could possibly do to make Panam pay their debts.
