Me for one ! I about give up , on Rubbertoe. He rates Legendz (panafuckma about 12), no other bullshit rating site ever heard of them ! It's going on 2 years now !

BetPanAm really fucked things up for Legendz simply by being in the same country. Again, I would throw Krackman's name out there as someone who could give an inside opinion.

I would put that group at the top of any list as far as the most integrity in the industry. There is no comparison between BetPanAm and Legendz.

Legendz is in a class of their own as far as honesty and integrity. I don't know of many others in the industry as professional as that group. What is their joint venture with Olympic?

They are not big on winners though. They will run you quick and their lines are nothing to write home about. But the same can be said for VIP and they are rated as a Top Book at SBR.

Quite possibly then in my opinion why some gambling portals rate them so high........because they get great affliate bonuses from their banners and/or links.

Dont get me wrong, I think both VIP and LEGENGZ are two quality books..........but they seem to be vastly overrated at some various online gambling portals.

That list you are describing means you would never post up at Olympic either. Panama is in the same group as Jamaica.

I just looked again...so is Costa Rica. So that is basically every book.

Clip---As much as I don't believe Legendz is an A+ or 10+ book, I would still have no problem recommending them to various players for a variety of reasons.

But only a handful, if any, SEASONED ACTUAL PLAYERS that play offshore would ever rate them a 10+/A+ book.

CR lacks regulation, but I don't think Panama is any better, how many books in Panama ? Legendz owes PA players a bail-out ala Royal style to get guys like me to trust them based solely on their location.

Reputation counts, Olympic owns one, as do CRIS ,Casablanca (Wagerweb) and many CR books.

Rubbertoe used to be kinder with Royal before grading them a 1. He rates Legendz awfully high, IMO. I don't hear great stuff about them across the boards. They are probably OK enough.

They have a tight risk management in place like VIP Sports (also rated 10+) and openly do not welcome sharp action.

Their software is IQL and I agree the market offers better. Many players are not happy with VIP software (IGW) as well.

That being said Legendz, like VIP and Bodog (another book rated 10+) offer recreational players nice bonuses, good content, excellent CS and SAFETY.

I agree with you that pros and sharps should look elsewhere (Oly, Pinny, Cris - all three 10+).

I do the ratings based on the following criteria: financial SAFETY, track record of payout, customer service performance, direct knowledge of the operation and PLAYERS feedbacks.

For example I just raised SIA's rating because the vast majority of players (even the ones that file slow pay complaints from time to time) agrees that SIA has great content and punters are willing to close an eye on their cs.

Having said that, it would certainly seem to me that WSEX and SKYBOOK would be a few books worthy of a 10+ rating according to your criteria.

Personally, and I think the majority would agree, no book deserves an ULTIMATE TOP TIER rating (10+/A+ as opposed to a 10/A) that deals 20 cent baseball lines.
