I think this electoral crap is a exactly that - crap. This is not the years of colonialism (albeit, some Reds would like this) and it's time for pure equalty -- one man, one vote, one equal weighting.

B) Illinois becomes a swing state

More like 170 + years on electoral college. Swing states change, don't know history of Illinois.
