How many people got a cell phone

After reading the thread above I was woundering how many people here got a cell phone. I dont and I dont want one I bearly want my regular phone.

but honestly I thought about it for about 5 minutes and I dont know ANYONE that is friend/family that doesn't have a cell phone.

80 a month??

Why not drop it down to a "bare line" so basially all you will pay is about 20 bux. Thats what it should cost if you don't use it for anything other than a line for people to call you.

Thats what i have and am in Illinois, i knew about getting a line this way when i needed a 2nd line for work about 6 years ago, thats the way it was set up, 19 dollars a month and the company flipped the bill.

And to answer the question too, i and my wife have our our cell phones with seperate numbers, wouldn't go anywhere without it now.

LOL I guess I'm not the only one, thats the same way I feel I dont want people calling me for no good reasons I dont wanna talk to em when I call someone or someone calls me the conversation goes on for maybe 30 seconds theres no need for it to last any longer. The only reason I would want a cell phone is for when your out on the go and looking for some weed make a few calls your set you dont need to drive around everywere looking for some.

Not only do I have two myself now, but I could start up a small museum with the leftover phones I have had from the past. Amazing to think what was state of the art in cell phones 5 years ago. The battery for them is about as big as many of the phones you can buy today! I have to admit its gotta be maddening to people around say New York or LA. How many area codes they have there now thanks to cell phones?
