Well, that's close, but...

...it's actually 8 dogs: Colo St., So. Miss, Boise St., FAU, UNC, Miami, NC State, and NW...

...and 6 favs: Wake, S. Fla, Arizona, Notre Dame, Fla State, and La Tech.

But it could be argued that...

...it's actually 8 dogs: Colo St., So. Miss, Boise St., FAU, UNC, Miami, NC State, and NW...

...and 6 favs: Wake, S. Fla, Arizona, Notre Dame, Fla State, and La Tech.
...it's actually 7 dogs, 6 favs, and one push (if you got NC State at +6 rather than +6.5).

It really depends on which line you choose to use- opening line or the line at gametime.

Opening line:
SIDES: 8 Dogs and 4 Favs (UNC/ WV was pk- not counted, Also Cal/ Miami was a PUSH)
TOTALS: 8 Over AND 6 Under

Gametime:
SIDES: 7 Dogs and 6 Favs (Rutgers/ NC St was a PUSH)
TOTALS: 6 Over AND 7 Under (Mem/ SFlorida was a PUSH)
