btw..lemme throw in my 2 cents about this press conference. Before I make my point lemme preface this by saying I back everything Singletary did 110%. Glad to see him take charge of this team the way he see's fit as he rightfully should.

With that said, I felt his press conference speech woudl've been better served in the lockerroom. While watching the press conference, for a second there I felt like a player and and he reminded me of my old coach getting ready to ream us a new a-hole.

Love to see coaches doing this to most of stupid penalty when game on the line, but he could yell out loud at him and sit him on the bench only, not to ask him to take a shower. Would he does it if SF up by 27-13 at near the end of 4th qtr. ?
Just a showing off who is the boss.
Well handle he'll make a team, if not SF will be another Cincy down fall.

I assume that Mike's frustrations with the way that Vernon Davis carries himself has been brewing for some time, he just was not in an authoritative position to do anything about it, as it was Mike Nolan's team and not his call. He is sending a message to the entire team that nobody is safe or above the law. These types of things do not happen spontaneously. Singletary is "old school" and played the game the way that it should be played, and it must drive him nuts to see the way that half-ass, unproven players of today walk around with a chip on their shoulder. Vernon Davis has been a bust, and this is probably the best thing that could have happened to him. He needs to get his head out of his ass and start earning his inflated paycheck. Mike Singletary is not some gym rat coach that has never played the game, but a Hall of Famer with a super bowl ring that is very well respected by his peers. Question is, do any of these soft ass prima donnas have the balls to tell him to fuck off? Doubt it, I am sure that Mike can still lower the boom.

Eddie D needs to ask for the NFL's forgivness and take his team back from his bitch sister who just delegates it off to her hubby and could give a rats ass about the franchise.

I'm thinkig the NFL would welcome a hands on owner to turn things around as the NFL really doesn't want the Lions,Bengals and 9ers crapping up their league year in and year out.

Thought I'd post this to vent yet some more on what my fucking team has become as here it is in a nut shell the spiral staircase to the basement.

Being a long time fan of and being born the same year as Joe Montana I want to puke as to what our franchise has become.

It is the same now as when I moved to Bay Area in 76 till Eddie Debartolo bought the team and brought in coach Walsh.

Eddie D was a great business man and his sister is a spoiled slut!

Here is the demise in a nut shell.

Eddie D. and Jerry Jones brought us great football in the 80's and 90;s with their deep pockets so the NFL said not fair hence salary cap.

Dwight Clark and Carmen Policy mortgaged the future minipulating the capp and then ran off to expansion Cleveland leaving a mess.

Then Eddie got busted bribing a La. politician as aspired to open a casino, which boggles my mind as his dad owned race tracks and the NFL almost didn't let him purchase team in the first place because of.

So now NFL says Eddie must sell and don't let the door hit you.

So he GIVES the billion dollar franchise to his sister(MUST BE NICE TO BLOW OFF ALL THAT MONEY)and she in turn gives it to her hubby who knows jack shit about running a NFL franchise.

To say it's a Mickey Mouse operation is an insult to Mickey Mouse.

All that being said I had tickets from 1982 till 2000 till I bolted tax laden inflated Ca.

I have seen five championships and been to numerous NFC championship games and no one can take that way from me.

Back then the playoffs were a given and the playoffs were what made paying out the nose for season tickets all worth it.

i think thats what the nfl needs, a lot more discipline. it has gotten to be very arrogant behavior, and in some instances downright disgusting. its good to see someone like singletary to try and bring some kind of normalcy to the game, imo.

he may have passion, but he better wise up on his play-calling because that 4th and 4 decision cost them the game. I hope it's the inexperience for that reason, because I wouldn't expect any of the other coaches in the league to make the same call.
