I'll be at the bash and was wondering how the GN's sportsbook compares to that of other casinos. Thanks fellas!

It is small and cozy..........but it is actually a fairly decent place to watch games.

Overall, it is definetly an ABOVE average sportsbook by Vegas standards.

What are some of the other nice sportsbooks to visit while there? Also, how does the GN work in terms of comps. How much do you have to play in the SB or at the tables to get compted? This is my first time going to Vegas so this is all new to me. Can't wait though:icon_conf

STRIP

Mandalay Bay
The Mirage
Treasure Island
Imperial Palace
Ballys
Bellagio

OFF STRIP

SUNSET STATION
GREEN VALLEY RANCH

As far as comps are concerned, don't expect much more than a couple free drink coupons. If you wager a couple dimes, you may be able to snare one or two buffet tickets.

Enjoy,

In my opinion, to just HANG OUT and watch games on the strip, my vote would go to THE MIRAGE.

Great middle strip location with quick access to other sportsbooks for shopping lines...........free cocktails............cozy and confortable...........good pokerroom nearby...........nice layout.............and lots of working girls if your looking for that sort of thing.

Fish let's plan on going here during the Bash. I'll buy the drinks and you can buy the girls.

Deal?

Me too...Some of the funniest people i met in vegas were there...I remember this one guy named Gary who was like a fixture there.Always wore the packers jacket during football season. I made the the mistake of "lending" the guy 20 bucks once and he followed me like a puppy after that. Funny guy but sick..To me thats what makes vegas vegas..the characters:toast:
