how do I make a hyperlink with my own text?

example:

lets say I want to link http://forum2.therx.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=106

in my post. .

but I want it to just appear as the word 'here' as clickable text

if i click the globe above with the chain link underneath, it only gives me the field to put in the link and not the text for it

ive seen phadreus do it, so i know its possible i just cant figure out how. thanks.

Rob - I have tried everything imaginable and can't figure it out either. I see other posters do it (like Phaedrus) and have come to the conclusion they are hosting the link on their PC somehow.
