everyone loves a badbeat story. heres my latest. this has to be the worst way to lose there is..in any sport. this onr knocked me out of a tourny the other night and i almost puked i swear. enough to make you think this stuff is rigged for sure. i don't but this kind of beat sure makes you wonder.

GIJOE-I 8 table 40 hours a week and dont run into hands all week that people try to tell me they see 5 an hour in, don't believe everything you hear. I played in Mandalay Bay when I was in Vegas, they have quads jackpot, my friend hit quad 3s and quad 7s in the same day and won a nice jackpot, around $300 each. Wild hands happen everywhere.

you were the slight favorite preflop when you went all in. Consider it this way, since you were all in, no decisions had to be made after the flop, so, theoreticly "the flop" was really all five cards, now think of it this way, would you be as angry if the cards came out 8-8-8-8-9? I dont think so, sure its still a bad way to lose, but its not like you moved all in after the flop and he made a terrible call.

I had the exact same hand in the Station in Henderson. Full house 9's over 8's and the 8 and 9 were suited in spades. On the river the 10 of spades turns and you guessed it-my opponent had a straight flush. I was lucky that she ran out of chips and couldn't bet heavy at the end. What was even worse was that I was told if I had 4 9's instead of a full house the bad beat jackpot was $100,000.

Party is simple.. play everything..whore it out... you will win some big pots then leave and go to another table...
if you are a tight player go to BODOG... my buddy plays there and does very well... he gets cards and pounces.... also you dont see the flush city like u do at your beloved party...

My advice to you is:

1. Stop playing in 10 dollar tournys.

2. Stop raising the minimum. Every post I see from you, you raise the minimum with a premium hand.

3. Seriously how mad can you be, sure it was a bad beat, but you're 2 hours from the money. Relax and go back to you .5/1 game.

4. For someone that is a propokerplayer you should get used the bad beats by now. I don't post here because this is far from a serious poker forum, but this past saturday I was fourth in chips with 30 people left in the 200k guarantee on party. I got dealt kk in the bb and with two raisers in front of me (including the chip leader) I was more than happy to be put all in preflop. Sure enough an ace flopped and I was out with 1200 dollars while mr. AQ when on to the win the tourny and 55 grand. So take your 780 place loss with some perspective. It could be worse and most likely will be.
