How can I access Pinnacle from within the USA?

I live in Canada, but make frequent trips to the USA. Can someone tell me how to fool around with my browser settings to enable access to Pinnacle? I've heard about hola unblocker but can't seem to get it to work.

Is there anyway you can pay for a server to access faster internet speeds like monthly i would think with google fiber people would host servers and sell access to them thanks
