sportsbook.com has been down atleast for the past 3 hours, without any type of message or email. I know this use to be a good back a few years back and has gone down hill. But in the past few weeks they have been alot better with payouts and when they put up lines. But its pretty bush league not to have your site up and running on a saturday with a very big card.
I couldn't connect for about 10 minutes today, right before 2 PM Pacific Time but the rest of the time, it's been fine for me. I was able to get my Kansas 2H play down with no problem a little while ago. They were down for about 10 minutes three other times the past week or so, all three right before the 4 PM Pacific/7 PM Eastern games go off. When I told them I couldn't connect they told me no one else has complained.
sportsbook customer service is the same as www.sports.com , they have the same owner. it wont do u any good, the guy said they are working on it and they dont know when it will be fixed, you think they could atleast get a message up when you try to access the site. ive had godo luck with them, get my checks in like 2 weeks, but after today im about done with them. when i leave for vegas i will request a check and hopefully it will be waiting for me when i return and ill open up at another book.

I just called the number because I have been trying to get on all day. I thought it was my internet connection. I have a parlay that has hit all but one game. The remaining game is West Va. -2 tonight, and I wanted to hedge so I could be guaranteed money and not have to sweat it out. BUT I CAN'T!!! I called, and the guy said they could not accept bets over the phone. I have had more trouble with this site than you could imagine. Bounced checks, site not working, terrible cust. service...
