Normally don't buy off of games, but Vandy pick is looking awfully tempting. Don't think Houston can repair protection issues at halftime.

The problem is how the heck do we ever know a head of time which team is interested and which one doesnt give a shit!?!?!?
Like you, I too have been wrong 75 (hell closer to 80%) this bowl season.
I have houston and just bought 1/2 my game wager back with Vandy in 2nd Half.
I am seriously thinking about next bowl season NOT EVEN BETTING the games and just waiting until the 2nd Half lines come out. that way I at least get to watch the teams and see who wants to be there and who doesnt!

I don't think it's a case of Houston not wanting to be there, as much as it is Vandy is just much better. They are better across the board on defense, better on the OL, better at the WR position. It looks to be nothing better than a wash at the QB position, as well.

I don't know how Houston is going to score.....they want to throw downfield, but don't have time, nor the speed to get by the Vandy secondary.

This is the same team that played BYU, UCF, Louisville, and Cincinnati within a touchdown and had a chance to win them all. I just don't get how they can come out and play this bad in a bowl game.

You always take a chance when you bet against the SEC in these bowls when we have short point spreads. Some teams are able to deal with the SEC's physicality and some aren't. Houston can't, and they don't have enough team speed to negate it. So they are in deep do do.
