LOL @ the floor traders and CNBC reporters who were confused about it being a motion to concur with senate amendment, and not a bill in and of itself.

Guess they should have read the sell sell sell thread first where Tizzy explained it's unconstitutional for a new bill to pass the senate first and so this was the only way they could do it.

Also LOL @ the mockery of the constitution and the lack of media attention such mockery gets.
