Alright, so as far as my Handicapping goes, everything is great. The luck is definitly on my side this season. (I believe there is alot of skill there, but anyone who says no luck at all is involved in a 78% season is a tool..lol)
Anyway, most of you are probably wondering what the bad luck is. Well let me share my unfortunate event with you all. Well it is Finals Week, which means LOTS of work and Little Play. I have not posted a play in 2 days (very rare for me). Anyway, I was about 8 pages through a 10 Page Micro UK Analysis paper last night. I kept getting sidetracked by the internet and needed to finsih because the Paper was due at noon today and I also had an Online Calc 2 Final due today at noon so I needed some rest. So I decided to take my laptop to the "Study Room" so that I would not be distracted from outside sources. Can you guess where I am going with this?? Anyway, I get up there and pull everything out, I grab the laptop from my bag to put it up on the table and BAM, it slipped from my fingers and crashed onto the floor. I was hoping it would be fine, but when I picked it up, it was making some really strange noises and smelled like burning plastic. COMPLETELY CRASHED. I tried everything to revive it, but it was simply not enough.
So at 1A.M. this morning I had to go to the Computer Lab (where I am now) and restart a 10 page paper that was due today at noon. Luckily I finished around 10a.m. this morning and had time to finish my Calc 2 Final. (Working on NO sleep right now) AAANNNNDDD I don't have a laptop anymore. I am working on trying to get another, but financially I am not in a position to do so at this time. ALOT of valueable information is on that comp and ALOT of the tools and methods for Handicapping I use are as well. The good news is that I can retrieve the information from the hard drive (That's what some Techy guy told me anyway). The bad news is that I do not have a laptop right now thus not allowing me too cap games.
Like I said tho, I am doing everything I can too get a new laptop ASAP. Could withdraw funds from my sportsbook account, but WE ALL know how long that will take. 2-3 Weeks is not an option.
I will be back on here AS SOON as I can afford a new laptop, and start back on NCAAB,NBA and will have ALL My Bowl Games that I wager along with write-ups. (I have already seen Quite a Few game I REALLY like).
Im sure some of you could care less about this, but I just wanted everyone to know my current situation and not think I am just quitting posting. I can still come to this computer lab and check the forums Daily, I just cannot Handicap the games until I get a new laptop.
Good Luck too All of You, and have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Randy
