12 PM:

Kentucky (+5)
U of L is not deep and Kentucky is deep. The Cards also have Taquan Dean banged up. Tubby has the lost the L2 to Pitino. Huge pressure on him to win this one.

2 PM:

Illinois State (+1)

Ohio U (-7)

Arizona (+1)

More to come later.

Texas (+8')
Simply a contrarian play here. The whole world is on Wake.

DePaul (-5)

3 PM:

Southern Miss (+7')
Neutral site game but it is in Biloxi. This Southern Miss team doesn't have a large amount of talent but Eustachy has them playing a lot better this year.

Western Michigan (+4)
Many pounding USC b/c of the Majerus news. I go opposite here with a hot Western Michigan team.

Thank you Sportsmonitor.

Nice luck for me today with Kentucky. Once Palacios went out for U of L, UK went on a big run.

6-0 to start today.

Have 2 still out. May play 1-2 night plays, but I am playing with house money, so I may play it conservative.

Duke (-8)
Neutral site game in NYC. I think the Blue Devils will give the max effort today. They don't have a game until January 2nd against Clemson.

OU is not a great shooting team and has struggled with foul trouble, especially with their inside players.

7 PM Plays:

James Madison (+21')
JMU just won the I-AA Football Title and no one will be thinking of the hoops team. This could lead to some inspired play from them. Plus, I think the Mounties are a little overvalued being undefeated and all.

Purdue (-4')
Game is being played in Indianapolis. The Boilers are highly banged up and have been awful this year, but I think might play inspired tonight. Don't really have a reason, but just a hunch. Then again, it scares me that this team gave up a 16-pt lead LW to Colorado State and barely won.

Drexel (+20')
Syracuse is home through the New Year and they probably think they have it easy (for the most part they do) with their cupcake schedule. However, Drexel is a decent club and plays physical defense and won't back down from these guys.

8 PM Plays:

Xavier (+3)

X has been awful at home but they are getting a small # at home to a good team.

Memphis (-14')
First game at home without the suspended Sean Banks. Usually a team comes out with a good effort when a star player is out or suspended. The top player being suspended might light a fire under their asses.

Started off 8-1, gave some back (goddammit I hate that).

9-4 today and calling it a night. I should have had a much bigger day than this. I got greedy and should have quit while ahead.
