Taco Bell, which is owned by Yum Brands, (down $0.34 to $42.53, Research) has purchased an insurance policy to cover the anticipated cost of the free taco.
Why do they need an insurance policy? How many poeple do they expect to come in for a free taco and nothing else in a three hour span?? What is the cost of a taco? A dime? They'll make millions of everyone that came in ordered a pop with their free taco.

Pinny already has a prop for this. 800-1 odds that it will be hit.

I grabbed it for $4.

It is 80-1, not 800-1. Sharp publicity stunt by Taco Bell. A Taco Bell taco is probably the single cheapest fast food item in existence. Consideing the grade of meat they use, it be cheaper to produce than a french fry. With only a 3-hour span, during rush hour, how many people will want to wait in those lines. What if you arrive at 5:30, but wait in line for 35 minutes? Will they still honor it? If I am a Taco Bell employee, I am praying tomorrow that nobody hits that sign.
