If we were to disclose any info -as minimal as it might seem to be-, we would be giving more info to the extortionists. And there's no reasonable instance to do something like that.
If your concern is that Hollywood International as an institution is not investing all the necessary funds to put an end to this situation, you can rest assured we're getting the best network people money can get, FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.
You do not know all the resources these guys have at their disposition. You do not know all the details behind these attacks. Therefore, any educated guess you make on how to solve the problem, will just be that: a guess. With all due respect, we're asking you to trust our judgement in this situation.
We know that the website's down-time gets old. We know it gets frustrating for the players... believe us we know. But we have decided to do what we consider the right thing and we have a game plan we're carrying on with. Please bare with us a little longer.
We'd also like to apologize for all the inconveniences this situation has caused all our customers. But do not think for one second, we're not working as hard and effectively as possible to remedy the situation.
