For 27 you sure don't seem to know well known songs and movies.
I don't believe you were born in 1981. I don't think you are that old.

Are you sure you actually saw the movie or is this life a dream implanted in your head? At the end of your life will you wake up to learn that you were just having a dream?

Yah - the best Sci-fi movie Arnold made- with better actors than Terminator or Predator.

Although set in 2084 (100 years after 1984) this 1990 film is a sci-fi classic good vs. evil tale many of whose ideas are being implemented today. All Airports will soon have the currently experimental X-Ray walk through. The implant thing up his nose was the future GPS device or microchip locator.

Was it all just a dream? The reality vs. dream question still argued by fans of this movie. I say- it was reality- since Dr. Edgemar WAS sweating wasnt he?

Mutant to Quaid "Youve got a lot of nerve showing your face around here!"

Quaid: "Look whose talking."

Outrageous idea huh- charging people for monopolized air production- isnt it- while renewable source was right under their noses- or was it? Haha!

Sharon very hot in this one- never looked better-her next stop was Basic Instinct which made her a bonafide Star of Hollywood.

Performances by great character actors such as Ronny Cox as Cohaagen- Michael Ironsides as Richter- Marshall Bell as George/Quatto- Roy Brocksmith as Dr Edgemar - the beautiful and "athletic" (the kind of woman Arnold wished to meet) Rachel Ticotin as Melina and Mel Johnson as the humorous/traitorous Benny and of course the sexy and clever aforementioned Sharon Stone makes this a must see movie for all red blooded American boys.

"Thank you for riding Johnny Cab."

The mutant hooker with three tits.

Won an Academy Award for visual effects.

The music by Jerry Goldsmith is first rate - edge of your seat suspense- no wasted footage in the entire movie. I bought a copy of it years ago and always watch it every few months to lift my spirits.

Ending is beautifully done- poetic justice for the rotten bad guys and the promise of a better life for the oppressed mutant people.

In my opinion ***** 5 (out of 5) Star production from top to bottom. Even Arnold sounded good as an actor in this one. Would never have been as good without him.

Can you believe they had originally considered Richard Dreyfuss - and Patrick Swayze- for this. Thankfully Arnold got it and the rest is cinematic history.

Directed by the great Paul Verhoven "RoboCop" "Starship Troopers" "Basic Instinct".

Also- as long as this is a sci-fi thread- the hologram stunts Arnold performs were the fortelling of other holographic stunts they do these days and will be doing in the future.

Also watch for a TV show with a host who has the "A-list guests" looking like theyre actually there- actually sitting and talking there- and nobody in the audience can really tell they are 3000 miles away being projected. Theres been a few initial interviews done already (Spike Lee Im thinking did one) but nothing like its going to be. Its still too new. I assure you however that Hologramic devices will be expected to play a major part in the family entertainment center of the future. It to be the thing to do in the future. Fuck the I-Pod . How about the H-Pod. Press a button and no matter where you are- or how far away she is- shes standing there right in front of you.
Your girlfriend will do a holostripgrams for you rught after youve banged off your 6th Heiniken - Will beat the shit out of a card or a text message or a cam show. This will be better. You will be even be able to see her sweat eh GTC?. You sound young enough to be able to see this come to pass.
:pope:..

Only downside is it will remove forever that tried and true tested excuse for getting caught cheating "baby- you were gone and I had no one to talk to and I got into this innocent conversation....yada... yada. ..yada ...and thats when she proceeded to tear my clothes off...
Noooooo the wife or the girlfriend she will never be more than the push of a button away - gateway to your own personal total recall H-Pod.

Of course you can tell her you were out of minutes. That might work. Im sure they will still be charging a missing arm or a leg if you havent paid your bill on time- just to remind you...Well GTC has me thinking like Hauser now.

Blame him. Im off to Mars. See you when I get back....:nohead:
