just got a question

i know guys like gtc and such say how euroland is happy blissful socialist land

well now they starting to show their true colors

and are in much worse shape than the US, banks in more trouble, and debt/GDP ratio is higher than us

iceland basically bankrupt at this point considered the most "advanced" country by the UN

socialism doesn't work people.....and is a significant part of the reason we in this mess globally......obama commie shite will just move us closer to euroland....which long term will lead us into more big problems

government can't save you only you can.....

the more government gets involved the more they fuck shit up

that said to keep things level and not make this partisan

bush is a liberal too....just of a different cloth

until GOP returns to its roots and americans wake up to the real problem....nothing will change.....

y i guess i never really asked a question :)

just a rant basically....what's new

i'm just pretty fucking annoyed with the euroland hyper liberal obama commie movement

i mean its due to dubya being a fuck up.....without him all this wouldn't be possible.....

its totally the anti-moonbat direction and moving the completely wrong direction

i mean i hate mccain too he's just another bush type liberal and is utterly clueless on economics to begin with

anyway maybe obama is a necessary step....so the masses can see first hand....that the obama commie movement can't save us

than in 4 years the hyper fiscal conservative moonbats can invade the neocon infested GOP and get this country moving back in the right direction

not sure where the Q is.......but here goes ...my main reason for voting for obama is the maybe 1/25 chance we are out of iraq in 2010 and saving a couple of billion a week for starters.........then he can use some of that money for his socialistic agenda and some can be put back in the hopper......where if i vote for mcsame there is 1/100,000 chance we aren't still spending a couple of billion a week in 2010......as for the other stuff...... i dont know i care(only a little) i just am taking a chance on the guy that gives me my 1/25 shot

socialism is the future, capitalism the past. time for the government to redistribute the wealth, been a long time coming.

hell your boy mccain even sounded socialist when he said he wants the government to buy all the mortgages and sell them.

where these countries fall into problems is the free market capitalism mess, dealing financially with other countries. buying, selling commodities what have. selling debt, etc. us should only worry about the us, no selling/trading to other countries.

my boy? :finger: mccain

no the problems are due to government and central banking intervention in the marketplace giving them the ability to create these farse bubbles in the marketplace that would never be possible under true free market conditions

tiz, the problem are the free markets and horrible leaders. close free markets, get a solid leader in place, socialize medicine, even out the playing level instead of middle class vs. the elite battle and you will survive.

everyone is going to be happy or sad now. not just 1 segment of the population. we all go one way or the other together. middle and liower classes arn't going to be sacrificial lambs anymore.

history GTC....history doesn't bode well for socialistic leaders

move to venezuela...i'm sure that's fun happy time down there right now.....

US became the nation it was because it was a free market republic

it is now slowly getting flushed down the drain because it is becoming increasingly a socialistic empire

look at the long term trend dude

government and leaders don't know what is best for everybody!!!

only you the individual does!!!

socialism is the future, capitalism the past.

That's what I had been taught in my childhood. Didn't quite turn out that way (yet?). :)

Tiz - I do agree with you that Europe is not in a good state right now and that government cannot (always) be the solution, but I find it unfair to point to Europe's most recent problems as those are almost entirely due to the American crisis. Also, there is no true Socialism in Europe since about 1990. I guess I know what you mean but it would be nice if another word could be found for it.

whatever europe's problems go beyond the us....plus the big european banks especially in the UK are just as much on the side of the fed/central banking schemes that got us into this mess.....guys like barclays etc......

and euro has a domestic housing bubble of their own....and have a huge entitlement system and tons of debt relative to GDP...and a highly liberalized society in which population, moral values, and fiscal responsibility are declining......

Maybe we need Wright Patman back he fought branch banking all his life. Small banks, like small business, tend to be more efficient and their fortunes are directly linked to that of the community that they serve.

I can remember the days before credit cards and mega banks. Sure was a pain in the ass to get money when you were outta town.

I do prefer local banks myself Punter. Decisions are made in town, not 1,000 miles away by somebody you never met.

How do you plan on saving this "couple billion per week" when even if he does do as you said, you know the 4% chance of getting out of Iraq, he will turn around and dump ALL OF THEM AND THE MONEY BACK INTO Afghanistan??? Jesus people, big picture here. Big picture here....its a tilted game we are subjected to, get used to it and stop pretending otherwise.

big picture is right fletch... mccain will keep is in iraq and put us in iran, afghanistan, and possibly pakistan.

big picture.

obama will get us out of iraq and finish the job in afghanistan. since we have screwed up afghanistan so badly he may have to do something with pakistan.

pakistan is the wild card but regardless BIG picture is with mccain everyone gets tax cuts (according to him during the debate) and we spend a couple trillion in the middle east.

big picture.

Your fucking delusional. Bottom line. Both want to wage war. both want to spend like a rich bitch with daddys credit card, except we are paying the bills. There is no difference between these two and because of Obamas overwhelming support, most Americans are too dumbed down to see it for themselves. So i say fuck it. We get what we deserve. This country is soft. Maybe a good kick to the balls is what it needs to have a backbone. And as far as Pakistan, Obama is itching to get in their to get Bid Laden. Are you fucking kidding me with this scarecrow? They both are in on the game. Wake up. You have no choice, you only have the delusion of choice.
