Been a member here for awhile. Love it. Helped me find a reputable book to open an account on and now provides a great source of information for picking games. I post my college picks from time to time and purely follow certain posters when it comes to NFL. But, now I need help on another issue.
I'm still in school and have to write a paper on internet gambling and was hoping some members here might be able to direct me to the right place.
1. I wanted to look into issues about incorporating these businesses offshore.
2. How these companies are allowed to solicit and accept funds from citizens in the U.S.
3. Taxation of these businesses as well as the possible taxation of individuals who win.
4. I'm pretty interested in this because I thought there had been recent legislation dealing with these exact matters, yet it seems as if nothing
has changed at all.
